Cancellations or changes accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, up to 48 hours for a colour service.
If the cancellation is requested after the specified time, it will be charged at 50% of the service cost.
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED AT 100% OF THE SERVICE COST.
